Six page Introduction by Jim Christy. "Written, produced, scored and directed by Charlie Leeds from the hallucination of the same name". Named after Charlie Chaplin's first feature movie, TILLIE'S PUNCTURED ROMANCE is a series of freewheeling poetic improvisations on themes central to Charlie Leeds' life: drugs, religion, love, jazz, movies, show business. At time of publication, Leeds was serving a 9-13 year piece at Trenton State Prison, New Jersey, for drugs. Leeds, out of Atlantic City, was at one time a professional jazz bassist active in the 1940s and 50s. He played with Charlie Spivak, Woody Herman, Buddy Rich, Al Cohn, Kai Winding, Charlie Parker, and others and recorded with Buddy Rich and Tad Dameron, gaining a reputation of one of the best bassists around, but left the professional stage in the early 50s. His jones got him into some 40 treatment centres, mental hospitals and jails. Poetic prose as jazz improvization. The second book from the press of Cherie Smith (November House), said to be BC's first female commercial publisher.

So cute and great for travel! Lots of organization areas, easy to use, very durable and not made cheap, the zipper closes just fine and it’s compact for traveling or storing under the sink.

Necessary for travel
Size: Medium (6.8"W*4.4"D*2.2"H), Color: Purple
This is really cute and looks classy. Quality is very nice. The only thing is the hooks for the necklaces didn’t keep them on, but everything else about this is a must for traveling and not losing or tangling up your jewelry.
