A large, clear sight window is used for a hassle-free filter inspection and an aggressive style. Carbon Fiber Trim On Housing: This Momentum GT intake system offers carbon fiber trim on housing to give that motorsport appearance. This cover overlay is constructed of lightweight high gloss, clear-coated 2 x 2 twill-weave carbon fiber. High Quality Tube: This system uses a high quality plastic CAD designed, dyno-tuned, roto-molded intake tube to achieve maximum power gains while maintaining a perfect fit. Large 3-Layer Performance Air Filter: The Momentum GT intake is designed around an oil-free, large 8-3/4" oval 360 degree radial flow performance air filter with 3-layers of progressive finer porosity synthetic media providing maximum convenience. The unique air filter to housing interface (patent pending) allows for maximum filter size which increases the available air volume while simplifying the installation process. Custom High Temp. Silicone Coupling: A custom high temperature reinforced silicone elbow coupling is included for easy install to the factory breather line. Premium Hardware Premium stainless steel clamps are used for strength and durability while also pro viding the most secure installation available. Fits 1988 Sea Ray V-135 2 stroke (Mercury)
For those of you with the 135 hp
mercury that was branded as the "Sea Ray 135" and paint matched to the boat (i.e. Seville's and some others) this is the 147 degree thermostat for that motor. My Seville is an '88 and It's difficult to cross reference the serial numbers on those motors when searching for parts. Only buy Quicksilver parts for these motors. Happy to find them on Amazon because Boats.net as an example, is not clear on what you're getting.

Very nice high quality. Somebody tried to tell me this was aluminum strands. But after test sanding an exposed end, I could see copper color. I believe the confusion is they are individually tinned strands? 🤷 Just sayin...
