Nord-Lock wedge-lock washers works off of tension instead of friction unlike standard lock washers. More info in this brief video here.
We offer this kit with 2 different sized washers, to allow for fitment on various flywheels where the bolt holes may be recessed (see photos). If your flywheel does not feature recessed bolt holes, be sure to select the larger washers. If your flywheel has recessed bolt holes, you'll want to measure the diameter to confirm compatibility. Any questions on selecting the correct washer for your flywheel, please reach out to us. Verified fitment guide below.
Small Washer OD: 0.770"
Large Washer OD: 1.005"
We recommend using the included high strength threadlocker & sealer on the bolt threads (instead of the APR Ultra-Torque), and a torque value of 105-115lbs/ft.
