• Medium - 150g to 200g x 2, (Serves 2 to 3)
• Large - 350g to 450g x 2, (Serves 4 to 5)
• Boneless fillets, skin on
• Serves 2 to 5 (depending on box size ordered)
• Suitable for freezing
