Use your cooling system to heat your cab! From the original designer of the Firestorm UTV Cab Heaters comes our new and improved Ice Crusher Compact UTV Heaters. This Ice Crusher Under Dash Compact Heater kit has two 360 adjustable front louvers to direct the heat were you need it and an optional 2” vent defrost kit is available to keep your windshield clear. The heater features a three speed fan and temperature adjustment is located right on the 14,600 BTU* heater unit. The heater mounts under the center of the dash which leaves plenty of room for your feet. Kits are supplied with our custom CNC made alloy Y connectors which connect directly to the engines cooling system. Comes with templates, mounting brackets, hoses, custom CNC made Y fittings, built in shut off valve, clamps, hardware, wiring, hole saw, instructions, and more. Use our MaxStat option (description below) for better performance, faster and more heat from your heater.
Ice Crusher MaxStat - Inline Coolant Bypass Thermostat for UTV Heaters
- The MaxStat directs all engine coolant to your Ice Crusher Cab Heater, this means that the output of your heater will be at its maximum. If there is heat in your cooling system then you will have heat from your Ice Crusher Cab Heater. More heat means a warmer cab and in turn a warmer you!
- MaxStat only opens to let coolant flow though the radiator when the cooling system requires it to keep the UTV engine at an optimal temperature. Look in the pics for a diagram showing how this option works and keeps you warmer in the winter, and your machine cooler in the summer.
*Heater BTU# output is theoretical and is dependent on the coolant temperature of the UTV and the flow rate of the coolant, which varies by UTV and engine RPM. Outside (ambient) temperature the UTV is being operated in also can change heater output. That being said these 14,600 BTU Heater Units are more that capable of heating 99.99% of all UTV's
#British Thermal Unit (BTU or Btu) is a traditional unit of work needed to raise the temperature of one pound of water by one degree Fahrenheit. One four-inch wooden kitchen match consumed completely generates approximately 1 BTU.

Please note: During the fall/winter season, lead time can be one week. We recommend ordering well in advance or calling us before ordering to get an accurate lead time. Free shipping is only to the lower 48 States. Orders shipped to AK and HI may incur extra shipping charges. Customers will be notified of any charges before shipment is shipped. Orders shipping to Canada will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $60 when the order is processed. This does not include duties or taxes, which can be billed by UPS/FedEx/USPS and/or the Canadian Government, not Couper’s Products as we have no control over these. All prices are in US Dollars.
Returns:
Electrical items are not returnable. Any electrical returns MUST be authorized on a case by case basis or they will be refused. No returns considered after 30 days. Customer pays return shipping and 20% restocking fee. Returns must be returned in unused condition with original box, pieces, and instructions.
