Active ingredients: 
Each capsule provides:
Zinc (as Zinc gluconate) 30mg

Formulated without gluten, wheat, animal products, dairy products, egg, soy, artificial colours, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners or preservatives.

Directions:
Adult Dosage: Take 1 capsule daily with food or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Contraindications and cautions: 

• Store below 30°C in a cool dry place.
