- Each compartment holds three 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, six pans total.
- 200,000 BTU gas boiler delivers atmospheric steam for high-volume production.
- Stainless steel construction throughout the cavities, cabinet base, doors, and pan supports improves durability and cleanup.
- Each cavity has its own ON-OFF 60-minute timer and constant steam setting.
- Dual cold water supplies, a 1-1/4" drain connection, and 115V control power support installation.
- Field-reversible insulated doors include continuous hinges, a positive latch, and a replaceable seal.
