- Artisan touchscreen control with meat probe supports manual, recipe, cook-and-hold, core probe, fan delay, and fan pulse cooking.
- Dual Flow gas heating, two-speed fan, and a 1/2 HP blower motor help circulate heat evenly.
- Stainless steel front, top, and sides pair with dual-pane thermal glass doors and an interior light.
