The SM220 supports bi-directional data rates up to 1.25Gbps over Cat 5 or better cabling, with 10/100/1000BASE-T operation in host systems equipped with a 1000BASE-X interface. Using the SFP's RX_LOS pin for link indication, it provides reliable connectivity feedback to network administrators.
