Phô mai sợi mozzarella premium Holafoods 1kg là loại phô mai được làm bằng sữa bò thanh trùng, muối, men, tinh bột ngô mang đến hương vị thơm béo nhẹ nhàng với màu vàng nhạt. Đặc trưng của loại phô mai mozzarella này chính là có khả năng chịu nhiệt cao cùng độ tan chảy kéo dài và tạo màu sắc tuyệt vời khiến nó trở thành món trang trí hoàn hảo cho nhiều bữa ăn, đặc biệt là đối với bánh pizza.

Sản phẩm đã được bào sẵn thành dạng sợi nhỏ, tiện lợi giúp bạn tiết kiệm được nhiều thời gian chuẩn bị và có thể dễ dàng kết hợp trong nhiều nguyên liệu khác nhau.
