ACT Sport pressure plates utilize an exclusive diaphragm design to increase clamp load, reduce deflection, and maximize clutch life. Each diaphragm undergoes a four-stage heat-treating process for unparalleled durability. Precision cover stampings provide rigidity and consistency for optimal performance.
Paired with the Sport pressure plate are ACT's 6-pad rigid race discs, featuring high-quality ceramic friction materials and a chrome-moly hub heat-treated for strength and durability. The lightweight, rigid design allows for quicker shifts and smooth, trouble-free service. While engagement with the 6-pad rigid race disc may be harsher, shifting is faster. This disc is recommended for larger clutch sizes to absorb more heat.
