The ability to be suspended from existing beam clamps or trolleys using the secure top hook or be suspended using push, electric or geared trolleys. Electric trolleys can be specified in one or two speeds of travel to make transporting delicate items safer.
Slack chain can be easily hidden away and thus protecting your load by the addition of a chain container, starting from just £33 this small addition is a great tool to add. The addition of a plastic or metal box is secured on to the hoist unit just below where the excess chain is released, instead of the excess chain dangling down and potentially damaging your load it is carefully fed into the plastic or metal container and stored where it is clean and dry, free from damaging a load.
The 400v 3phase 50hz operation voltage fits perfectly with that of the industry standard, alternative voltages can be requested. The pendant control is connected via a 48v low voltage cable to increase safety efficiency. The motor is protected against dust and water jets to IP54 standards, insulation class F. The unit's motor is also fitted with biometric thermal protection.
The case hardened zinc plated load chain is combined perfectly with its 5-pocket load chain sheave, this ensures smooth precise chain motion. Complimented by the oil bath lubricated gearbox that "runs like a dream" also provides a low height overall.
Just three main components make this unit service friendly and inexpensive to maintain.
