The Burr King SG24DELUXE provides all the benefits of the 960-272 Knifemaker Two Wheel Belt Grinder along with a 5-axis belt surface grinder. The surface grinder features a 24 inch cast iron mag chuck with high strength Neodymium magnets, TD-100 tilting base, SG1200 grinder base, and a dial indicator holder for precision adjustments. This kit is perfect for flat grinding and tapered edges making it ideal for the profession knife maker or job shop.

This variable speed model allows for use with a wide variety of materials. The user can grind on the 8 inch contact wheel, work rest, or platen. Each Burr King two wheel grinder has positive belt tracking, quick belt change, and linear belt tension in a frame design that can pivot to ideal working positions. All Burr King machines are constructed using rugged cast aluminum frames and precision machined components. Every Burr King grinder delivers unparalleled grinding performance and reliability.

      This is the ONLY paper that works well with SP-1

      This is the only paper that works well with the Brother SP-1 sublimation printer. The instructions on using the paper are a little weird, but as long as the cut corner remains in the lower right of the printer tray, you'll be okay. I can't say that there's a lot of consistency in printing with this paper. Sometimes photos I've printed for items look really great, other times the photos are quite muted. This is a CMYK printer, which means you won't see the vibrant colors you see on your computer monitor. Often a red-boost in saturation in PS will help with some of that problem. The other issue is there's no real color management profile defined if you're printing directly from Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator. Even if you use matching CMYK colors in your artwork, don't expect those colors to work in sublimation. For simple artwork, with few color gradations, this seems to work pretty well. So, if you have an SP-1, this is the only paper you should use.

      All I can say is "WOW". I was skeptical about changing over from my Sawgrass to another brand of sublimation printers. But now I wish I started here from the start! Not only does this machine cost a good amount less with the same paper sizes and options as my SG500 but the ink is cheaper per cartridge and 11ml larger than the standard 30ml I am use to. Set up was super easy, as well as the connection. My prints are bold, bright, and beautiful. I am amazed! I am thankful that the details in the prints show through no matter what material I am pressing on. As a business owner, I need a good, efficient printer that doesn't cost more than the product I am selling. I can't wait to continue using my machine.
