100 g of Brown Rice & Corn Macaroni Pasta contains 6gm protein. That is equivalent to protein content in 2 eggs/ 1.5 cups of white rice/ 2 Besan rotis/ 1 glass of milk/ 5 bananas.

HOW TO COOK
- Take some water in a vessel add a pinch of salt.
- Bring to a boil for 7 mins. 5mins for al dente.
- Add in & boil smart grain pasta (4-5mins).
- Meanwhile in another pan, prep some olive oil & garlic with slow cooked italian red sauce & fresh dried herbs.
- Drain the pasta under cold water. Mix with your choice of fresh veggies like basil, tomatoes or mushrooms put all that yummy together
- Enjoy it hot with hand – grated thick mozzarella (cheese of your choice), seasonings & garnish
