Our Sauvignon Blanc grapes were picked from various vineyards throughout Marlborough, each contributing distinctive attributes to the 2023 vintage.
Harvested in the cool mornings of March, and carefully handled in the winery to maintain its intense and bright flavour. The fruit was cool fermented to enhance aromatics and acidity in stainless steel tanks. The final wine was bottled early April while fruit was still young.
