The HB-05 is Huth's entry level bender, designed to introduce you to Huth quality while showing you incredible profit potential with it's standard features. Not only is this machine capable of bending up to 3 inch OD material, but it can also expand for slip joints and create exhaust ball joints. Included in the HB-05 package is the model 1605 bender and tooling for bending and creating joints for exhaust tubing from 2 to 3 inch OD. Additional options allow for bending exhaust brackets and bending square tubing. The bender's 58,000 lbs of bending force is controlled with a convenient knee-pad control that leaves the operator's hands free for material positioning. Heavy duty locking casters mean that this powerful machine can be moved wherever the work is in the shop.
Included with the optional HB-05 Tooling Kit:
- 5 inch Radius dies for 2-1/2 and 3 inch material
- 4 inch Radius dies for 2 and 2-1/4 inch material
- Full back shoes for 2 through 3 inch material
- Half shoes for 2 through 2-1/2 inch material
