- Every care is taken to package each piece with plenty of bubble wrap in sturdy boxes, in the unlikely event that a piece arrives damaged, this must be reported within 5 days of delivery, with photos of both the packaging and the artwork.
- Colours can sometimes vary very slightly from what you see onscreen due to different screen settings.
- All artworks are signed and dated on the back of the canvas/panel, and come with a handwritten letter of thanks.
