It’s worth a little bit of extra money as you can control the blending power from slow to fast. Easily held with both hands to coordinate. Today for a change I elected to just add a touch of bourbon caramel syrup to my oat milk -an excellent choice! They give you two attachments which is helpful. At this point, I highly recommend. My next adventure in the kitchen will be Matcha tea. I will use the bamboo whisk for the actual tea. If I decide to add oat milk to the top,(such as for a cold latte) I will use this frother.
