Many good cars have been built in Maranello, some not very great cars,
and a few legendary cars: and it is within the latter category that proudly
stands the 250 Testa Rossa, developed for racing and for sale to private individuals.
They took their nickname 'Testa Rossa' from the colour of the engine cams.
The cars were all left-hand drive.
A great deal of development work was done by BBR for the front glass, a double photoengraving in moulded steel was designed to create an exact replica.
The dashboard, another handcrafted masterpiece, with the reproduction of the windows above each instrument.
The steering wheel consists of 5 pieces, like the real one but in 1/18th scale.
The exhaust pipe supports have been reproduced in real steel.

Make this one a holiday tradition.

This is a lovely book that offers the entire holiday experience rather than just Santa and gift giving. The author goes step by step addressing the signs (weather, shorter days, etc.) that take us to Dec. 25th. This is a "family tradition book" that you'll want to keep and bring out each year after Thanksgiving. Set this book on the coffee table in the living room so that everyone can enjoy it. Format: Hardcover
Written in a lyrical format, AND THEN COMES CHRISTMAS is a children's book that illustrates various signals that lead up to the Christmas holiday. It begins with changes of the weather and includes cutting paper snowflakes, hanging colored lights, elves and Santa Claus in stores, looking for a Christmas tree, holiday concerts, making and wrapping gifts, and various other activities. The illustrations are warm and joyful and feature a bi-racial family. AND THEN COMES CHRISTMAS makes a good book to read in mid-November and early December to children.

It Should be Read by Parents and Children Together

I will always remember that when I was a child, I read Manners Can be Fun by Munro Leaf with my mother. When I found out that 4 of his books, including Reading Can be Fun, were still available I hunted them down. As a parent and psychologist, married to a teacher, I believe that all parents should read this book, as well as the others, with their children at an early age instead of letting them watch TV unattended. It worked with my children. It is an investment well worth the time.
