Die lange flexible Klinge des Büffellachs-Filetiermessers eignet sich hervorragend für einen wellenförmigen Schnitt: Auf diese Weise ist es möglich, den Lachs in sehr dünne Scheiben zu schneiden, die nicht brechen.

Griffe

Die Griffe der Bufalo-Messer sind perfekt ergonomisch, ermöglichen einen sicheren Halt, sind aus thermoplastischem Gummi, ungiftig und säurebeständig und haben eine sehr hohe Bruchlast (ca. 270 kg pro cm2). Sie können ohne Veränderungen oder Verformungen bis 115°C sterilisiert werden.

Die Farbgebung der Griffe, für die bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung des Messers, entspricht der HACCP-Norm:
