Ein Schlafsack mit einem TOG-Wert von 2.5 ist normalerweise für eine Raumtemperatur von ca. 15-20°C geeignet. Allerdings könnt ihr die Wärme auch beeinflussen, indem ihr die Kleidung unter dem Schlafsack anpasst. Wenn ihr euch kühler fühlen möchtet, ist ein Bambus-Body eine gute Wahl, während Wolle zusätzliche Wärme bietet, wenn ihr es wärmer möchtet.
