In der aktualisierten 5. Auflage des SAC-Kletterführers wurden Routenangaben aktualisiert, z.B. Informationen zu Sanierungen und Schwierigkeitsgraden. Auch einige wenige Neutouren kamen dazu. Neue Gebiete respektive Sektoren wurden seit der 4. Auflage 2022 nicht erschlossen.
