Die bewährte DSP-Lasersteuerung von Ruida wird in den Lasermaschinen von Thunderlaser eingesetzt.

 

Dieses besondere Modell bietet einige Funktionen, die das Standard-Modell RDC-6442G von Ruida nicht bietet:

- Abschaltung der Achsen bei offener Gehäuseabdeckung

- automatisches Erkennen einer angeschlossenen Drehvorrichtung

- Nutzung der U-Achse für die Drehvorrichtung. Dadurch bleiben auch bei Nutzung einer Drehvorrichtung alle Achsen aktiv und die Achsen verlieren ihre Null-Koordinaten nicht durch die Nutzung einer Drehvorrichtung
- Eingang zur Überwachung der Prozessluft

- reell nutzbarer Leistungsbereich von 0-100% auch bei limitierter Gesamtlaserleistung

- vereinfachte Eingabe von Leistungsparametern
