Der Schieferhammer von Picard wird aus Spezialstahl in sorgfältigster Handarbeit geschmiedet und besonders gehärtet ( Nach dem ausglühen werden der Kopf, Hals und die Spitze mit kaltem Öl abgekühlt ).  Der Kopf wurde fein blank geschliffen, transparent spritzlackiert und mit einem korrisionsschutz überzogen. Mit dem Handgriff aus Leder wird ein angenehmes Arbeiten ermöglicht. Der Hammer ist für Rechtshänder geeignet und kann benutzt werden, um Löcher in Schieferplatten zu schlagen und diese auch zu schneiden. I've been using Brita pitchers for years and these replacement filters continue to be one of the easiest and most affordable ways to improve the taste of regular tap water without installing a full filtration system.
