What's underground about Marshmallows? For John Waters, Jack Smith was "the only true underground filmmaker"; theater director Richard Foreman called him "the hidden source of practically everything of interest in experimental American theater" Jack Smith inspired Laurie Anderson, Robert Wilson, Cindy Sherman, Nan Goldin, and trans artist Anohni, among others. For John Waters, Jack Smith was "the only true underground filmmaker"; theater director Richard Foreman called him "the hidden source of practically everything of interest in experimental American theater" - Jack Smith inspired Laurie Anderson, Robert Wilson, Cindy Sherman, Nan Goldin, and trans artist Anohni, among others. He collaborated with musicians such as John Zorn and was a key figure in the development of New York's queer and drag underground performances from the 1960s to the 1980s. Smith's art and lifestyle influenced German experimental filmmakers Wilhelm and Birgit Hein and artists Katharina Sieverding and Klaus Mettig, among others; his queer performance aesthetic made him an important reference point for critical writings on the phenomenon of camp, from Susan Sontag to Diedrich Diederichsen and philosopher Juliane Rebentisch. The majority of his written work, which includes fascinating, disturbing, and hilarious writings, performance texts, and essays on film and art, pornographic fantasies, manifestos, and statements, is now being published in German for the first time. With contributions by Bertolt Brecht's son Stefan Brecht, Smith researcher Jim Hoberman, Jonas Mekas, and Susan Sontag; plus photos and documents chronicling Smith's stay in Cologne in the 1970s and Hamburg in the early 1980s, as well as an introductory essay by film scholar Marc Siegel.

love this bag so much!
Color: White, Color: White
this bag is awesome. i didn’t realize how similar it looked to the brooklyn coach bags! it’s good quality and holds a LOT. also super cute. the material is nice and you can wear it anywhere, dressed down or up. it’s nice and smooth! and the zipper feels pretty secure. i’ve had this bag for a couple months now and it’s still holding up great 🤍 i’ll have to buy more colors i can fit a full size round hair brush, a bag of all my makeup, my wallet, 3 pairs of keys, a full size stick deodorant, a full size spray deodorant, tons of lip products, gum, oil blotting papers… i mean it’s roomy. and i bring basically everything with me at all times, so if i approve then im sure you guys will too, lol

Very Nice Purse
Color: Black
I love the look, soft leather and good quality. Although the size indicates small, I would say it is medium size.

I really like this bag. It looks more expensive than it is. I get a lot of compliments. Roomie and lightweight. Just the right size for my purposes.

Perfect size for me!
Color: Black
I've had this bag for several months! It's in GREAT condition for the price that I got it for! I've had one maybe a couple stitches on the handle fray a little bit, but other than that it's holding up amazingly! Surprisingly it holds a lot, wallet, keys, small makeup bag, and a smaller bag for hair ties, pins, tampons and whatnot. It's very soft, the color doesn't fade! The material isn't hard leather, it's very maluable, making it fit wherever you put it, which is exactly what I was looking for. When this one eventually wears out, I'll 100% buy another one again because it's small and it matches every single one of my outfits!
