Mit dem Eis- und Creme-Einsatz verwandeln Sie Ihren Hurom H320N in eine kleine Eismaschine. Einfach gefrorenes Obst durchpressen und in wenigen Minuten ein cremiges Fruchtsorbet genießen – ganz ohne Milchprodukte, Zucker oder Zusatzstoffe.

Anleitung: So einfach geht's

Schneiden Sie frisches Obst in ca. 2 cm große Stücke und frieren Sie es für mehrere Stunden ein. Vor der Zubereitung das Obst kurz antauen lassen – es sollte nicht mehr steinhart sein. Entfernen Sie vorher harte Kerne, die sich nicht zerkauen lassen (z. B. bei Kirschen oder Pfirsichen). Setzen Sie den Eis- und Creme-Einsatz anstelle des Saftsiebs ein. Nun das angetaute Obst nach und nach in die Einfüllkammer. Besonders bei stark angetauten Früchten kann etwas Flüssigkeit aus dem Gerät austreten. Dies ist ein normaler Vorgang und stellt keinen Defekt dar. Das fertige Sorbet tritt cremig aus dem Tresterauslass. Fangen Sie es am besten in einer Dessertschale auf und servieren Sie es sofort für die perfekte Konsistenz.
