Diese Kasserollen werden nämlich aus Aluminiumguss gefertigt und sind im Innenbereich mit einer äußerst haltbaren, PFOA-freien Antihaftbeschichtung versehen. Bei der Außenbeschichtung jeder Kasserolle handelt es sich um eine in Silizium eingebettete Hochtemperatur-Emailbeschichtung. Die gesamte AluChef-Serie ist mit Induktionsgeräten kompatibel.
