Lausitzer Gelbweizenmehl hell

Herstellung aus regionalem Gelbweizen aus aktueller Ernte durch die Rätze-Mühle, einer der ältesten Mühlen Sachsens (seit 1772)
Die gelbe Färbung kommt von einem hohen Gehalt an Carotinoiden wie Lutein, die als Antioxidantien wirken
Der Gelbweizen stammt aus den Anbauflächen rund um die Rätze-Mühle und somit ist der Anbau und die Herstellung 100% regional und natürlich

Für die Verarbeitung wurden keine chemischen Zusatzstoffe verwendet. Dies ist auch deutlich am Geschmack erkennbar.
