Wir haben unseren NORK Derbe über 2 Jahre in einem Cherry Brandy Fass aus französischer Eiche reifen lassen. Entstanden ist eine spannende Fasslagerung mit einer Limitierung auf 555 Flaschen und einer ordentlichen Trinkstärke von 50,5% vol.!

Tasting Notes

Nase: süßliches Getreide, leichte anklänge von Holzrauch gepaart mit hellen Früchten, Agavensirup

Gaumen: Der Antritt ist fruchtig und bietet Noten von grünem Apfel und Sauerkirsche. Dann wird es angenehm würzig, ganz leichter Rauch ist zu schmecken - hier zeigt sich der Derbe wieder. Folgend ein Schwung Süße. Der Abgang ist überraschend lang mit einer würzigen Fruchtigkeit, die an Tabak und dunkle Frucht erinnert.
