I purchased the product and the base would not attach from the charging module. This is their big selling point. I requested a replacement and sadly the replacement was of the same batch run as the original soo…. Yeah that base would not detach. There are videos showing how easy it is to detach base from charging module. Not theses units. Circle Joy customer service is an @gmail.com. They said base is not designed to be removed frequently. I reminded them the separation feature is their highlighted feature. I was just looking for a base. Circle Joy said no…. If I do not like either unit just return them to Amazon.???? In the meantime, after maybe a dozen grinds, the original unit quit grinding normally and would barely grind at all. I shook it out and it worked again but doesn’t sound right. Two takeaways: 1) Poor product quality. 2) I am sooo done with trying to work with Amazon on replacement items. Save yourself a tone of aggravation and just return the order and reorder if you dare. Otherwise good looking and heavy feel and works great about 10 times. Too bad so sad. Now I have this huge return hassle with Amazon.

I’ve been using this electric salt and pepper grinder set for a few weeks now and it’s one of those kitchen upgrades you don’t realize you needed until you have it. the top refill design makes it quick and easy to fill with course salt or peppercorns. There’s also an LED light that turns on while grinding, so you can actually see how much seasoning you’re adding—small detail, but surprisingly helpful. There’s a small dial underneath that adjusts the grind size from course to fine. and the salt and pepper come out in a really uniform, consistent grind. Overall, the pros—easy refilling, rechargeable design, adjustable grind size, uniform results, —definitely outweigh the cons. It’s a practical, stylish upgrade that makes everyday cooking feel just a little easier and more polished.
