Dieses Tenugui wird in Yokohama in der Präfektur Kanagawa, handwerklich hergestellt und nach einer traditionellen Methode namens Nassen gefärbt. Sein Baumwollgewebe ist weich, leicht und saugfähig. Seit Jahrhunderten verwenden die Japaner Tenugui im Alltag zum Trocknen, Waschen, Transportieren, Verpacken und sogar zum Dekorieren. Hinweis: Ein Tenugui ist ein dünner Stoffstreifen aus Baumwolle, der in der Regel 35 x 90 cm groß ist. Er hat keine Falten und keinen Saum, damit er schnell trocknen kann. Wenn die Ränder Ihres Tenugui ausfransen, schneiden Sie die überstehenden Fäden mit einer Schere ab.
