Anwendungen: Der E 6/2 U0/U/S3 weiss FDA ist ein Transportband für die Lebensmittelindustrie. Die Silikonbeschichtung zeigt sehr gute Ablöseeigenschaften bei klebrigem Transportgut. Besondere Einsatzgebiete sind Schrägtransport bei Lebensmittel- und Verpackungsindustrie. Große Verbreitung bei Anwendungen in der Bäckerei, Süßwaren und Fleischindustrie.

Aufbau: Der Zugträger besteht aus 2 Polyester Gewebelagen in Kette und Schuss. Urethan-Imprägnierung auf der Laufseite mit einer Leinwandbindung. Die Tragseite ist mit 0,3mm Silikon beschichtet. Die Oberfläche ist glatt, weiss. Der Bandtyp hat eine Polyurethan Zwischenschicht. Die Gesamtdicke ist 1,6mm mit +/- 0,15mm und einem Gewicht von 1,8 kg/m2. Der Spannungsdehnungswert relaxiert liegt bei 5,0 N/mm bei 1% Dehnung. Es wird eine Auflegedehnung von 0,3% empfohlen. Das Band ist von -30 bis +100 Grad – kurzzeitig bis 120 Grad einsetzbar. Produktionsbreite ist 3.100mm – Längsnaht für größere Breiten ist nicht möglich.

Eigenschaften: Die glatte, weisse Silikon-Oberfläche hat einen sehr hohen Reibwert. Der Laufseiten-Reibwert wird mit 0,17 nach ISO 21182 gegen Stahlblech angegeben. Mit dem 2- lagigen Gewebeaufbau und dem PU Mittelstrich quersteifer Bandtyp mit einer antistatischen Ausrüstung < 3x10hoch 8 Ohm nach DIN EN SIO 21178. Kantenversieglung Smart Seal wie auch Verschweißbarkeit von Profilen ist auf der Laufseite möglich. Für den Bandtypen ist die Z-Verbindung mit Gegenbiegung für 40mm, Messerkante 5mm und Umlenkung ohne Gegenbiegung mit 10mm freigegeben. Die chemische Beständigkeit lt. Beständigkeitsliste von Forbo Siegling für S. Geeignet für den Transport unverpackter Lebensmittle nach EU 10/2011 und 1935/2004.

It’s really pretty decent except for one thing.

I bought two of these for my basement and they do look great. They were easy to assemble and I’m happy with them. The problem is that the stitching on the fabric panels are almost the size of a machine basting stitch (which for non sewers means large temporary stitches). Because the panels are tight by design, the stitches had already started to come undone before I could finish assembling everything. Fortunately I can sew and I reinforced all the panels. I had to take the first ones back off the poles to do them but I did the second set before assembling. It’s really not a bad product for the money. It’s quality fabric and the design itself looks great. The stitching looks fine but it’s just not substantial enough for the purpose it is supposed to serve. I can’t imagine why it be sewn so insufficiently. I was able to resolve my issue because I can sew. I wasn’t planning on sewing nor did I really have the time. I could have made it myself but I didn’t want to and that is why I purchased this. I ended up using valuable time. The really unfortunate thing is, I have no other complaints. This is a manufacturing problem.
