- Wasserhärte: 2–15 °dGH, mittelhartes bis weiches Wasser.
- Filterung: Starke Filterung erforderlich; bevorzugen leicht strömendes Wasser.

- Sandiger oder feiner Kiesboden
- Verstecke aus Wurzeln und Steinen, um Rückzugsorte zu bieten
- Freischwimmraum, da der Spatelwels gern schwimmt
- Beleuchtung: Gedämpftes Licht bevorzugt, da die Art dämmerungsaktiv ist.
- Ernährung: Fleischfresser; frisst kleine Fische, Garnelen, Würmer und spezialisierte Welsnahrung (vor allem Frost- und Lebendfutter).

Timely words for today’s culture
Format: Paperback
Debra Fileta's "Soul Care" is a great blend of faith-based principles and practical advice. I love how she explores the rhythms Jesus practiced to care for his soul as a framework for readers to follow.
What sets Soul Care apart is her holistic approach to caring for ourselves. Debra Fileta addresses the spiritual, emotional, AND physical aspects (I love the title of chapter 7). Her tone is so easy to read, but the content is deep and thought provoking. Soul Care is helping me realize the need to establish healthier, more sustainable rhythms in my life and giving me answers for how to do that.
As someone who served in ministry before, during, and after the Covid-19 pandemic, I’ve seen such a high burnout rate around me (and in my own life). This couldn’t be a more timely read. I want to give a copy to everyone I know!

Nice rack
