Der Fein Akku hat eine Kapazität von 3,0 Ampere und ist durch die SafetyCell Technology vor Überlastung, Überhitzung und Tiefenentladung geschützt. Die Kompatibilität mit allen 12 Volt und 18 Volt Werkzeugen die eine MultiVolt Schnittstelle besitzen ist ein großer Vorteil. Durch die am Akku angebrachte LED Ladestandsanzeige ist eine Kontrolle des Ladestands jederzeit problemlos möglich. FEIN ist ein Hersteller der Premium Klasse, dies merkt man auch an der Akku Verarbeitung. Mit dem Schnellladegerät ALG 50 aus dem Hause Fein können alle Fein Li-Ion Akkus, ganz gleich welche Kapazität oder Spannung der Akku besitzt, geladen werden. Das Ladegerät lädt die kleinsten Akkus schon ab 35 Minuten vollkommen auf.
