The static mixer GXF-21-12 (item no. 0001-9998-2112XFGG) is a precision mixer featuring an X-grid structure, designed for fast and homogeneous mixing of two-component materials. The cross-grid geometry enables highly efficient mixing in a compact design compared to traditional helical mixers.
The mixing elements are made of polypropylene (white/orange at Ø 21 mm) and are optimized for industrial applications. The polypropylene housing ensures excellent chemical resistance and reliable processing of various media.
This version features G3/4" threaded connections on both inlet and outlet sides. In addition, an extra G3/4" connection is available on request, allowing flexible integration into complex piping and mixing systems.
With its larger diameter and increased number of mixing elements, it provides enhanced mixing performance and is particularly suitable for applications with high material throughput and continuous processing.
It is specifically designed for applications involving large viscosity or concentration differences, such as mixing ratios of 10:1 or 100:1.
Typical applications include industrial bonding, potting and inline mixing processes requiring high precision and process reliability.
