ANWENDUNG WEICON Contact VA 110 Cyanacrylat-Klebstoff kann in sensiblen Bereichen, wie im Lebensmittel- & Trinkwasserbereich, in der Pharmaindustrie oder bei der Spielzeugherstellung für Gummi- & Kunststoffverklebungen verwendet werden. In Verbindung mit WEICON CA-Primer eignet es sich auch für schwer verklebbare Kunsttoffe, PTFE, thermoplastische Elastomere & Silikone. VERARBEITUNG Klebeflächen säubern & trocknen. Glatte Oberflächen mechanisch aufrauen. Den Kleber nur auf eine der zu verklebenden Oberflächen mit einer Schichtdicke von min. 0,05mm & max. 0,2mm & relativen Luftfeuchte von 40 bis 80% aufgetragen, da sonst eine Durchhärtung nicht sichergestellt ist. Bei großflächigen Verklebungen ist der Kontaktkleber punktweise aufzutragen, um innere Spannungen zu vermeiden.
