Der bekannte Jäger Randy Newberg hat sein Fachwissen Gerber bei der Entwicklung neuer Modelle zur Verfügung gestellt. Eines der von ihm designten Messer ist das RANDY NEWBERG EBS (Exchangeable Blade System).

Das Set beinhaltet ein Griffteil aus Edelstahl mit einem rutschhemmenden Nylon-Überzug sowie drei unterschiedliche Wechselklingen für verschiedene Einsatzmöglichkeiten im jagdlichen Bereich. Alle Klingen sind aus dem rostfreien Hochleistungsstahl 440C hergestellt.

Die spezielle, SplitSec Tech genannte Klingenaufnahme ermöglicht mit einem Knopfdruck ein einfaches und schnelles Wechseln. Zur Aufbewahrung der Klingen und des Griffs dient eine im Lieferumfang enthaltene Kunststoffbox.
