- Vinifikation / Ausbau: Der Unplugged Cabernet Franc ist eine der jüngsten reinsortigen Kreationen von Hannes Reeh. Ursprünglich spielte er eine tragende Rolle in verschiedenen Cuvées, doch seit 2015 tritt er dank seiner aussergewöhnlichen Eleganz und aromatischen Tiefe eigenständig auf – und überzeugt auf ganzer Linie. Ganz im Sinne der Unplugged-Philosophie wird auch dieser Wein ohne Schönung, Filtration oder technische Eingriffe vinifiziert. Die Trauben stammen aus den heissen Lagen rund um Andau und werden selektiv von Hand gelesen. Nach der Maischegärung reift der Wein in kleinen Eichenfässern, wo er Struktur, Tiefe und Charakter entwickelt.
- Empfehlungen: Ein vielseitiger Speisenbegleiter, der besonders gut zu kräftigen Gerichten passt: Wild, Rindfleisch, Lamm, geschmorte Pilze oder würziger Hartkäse. Auch solo ein Genuss für ruhige Abende mit Tiefgang im Glas. Ideal für alle, die charakterstarke Rotweine mit Ecken und Kanten schätzen.

Versatile and decent size

I love little trays for random things. I saw this and had to get it. I ordered the black one. It came nicely packaged in a box that protected it from any damage during transport. It is approximately 8” x 8” x 1.6.” It is made of faux leather and MDF. It is supposedly water-resistant, but I have tested that. The interest in smooth, while the exterior walls have vertical ridges. The bottom is smooth. It’s heavy enough so it doesn’t side around. I have used it for numerous things: jewelry, pens and notepads, keys and sunglasses, perfume, medications, change, remotes, and change. It’s a handy and modern piece that could suit most people.

I really love the leather look of this valet tray. It’s both stylish and functional, giving a classy touch to my nightstand while keeping small items neatly organized. The PU leather finish feels smooth, looks high-end, and the construction feels sturdy.
