Empfehlung für die zu beleuchtende Fläche:

Bei 1,2 x 1,2m 20-30cm Abstand. Wuchs mit 250 Watt gibt 600µmol im Zentrum, Blüte mit 400W gibt 1000µmol im Zentrum.
Bei 1,5 x 1,5m 40-50cm Abstand. Wuchs mit 250 - 400 Watt, Blüte mit 600 oder 600+Watt.
