Tecnologie

3C Maxx Speed
Utilizzato primariamente per coperture cross country ed enduro, le due mescole sullo strato esterno sono specialmente formulate per ridurre la resistenza al rotolamento e ottimizzare il consumo e la trazione.

EXO-Protection
E' un materiale aggiunto sui fianchi di selezionate coperture da mountain bike estremamente resistente ai tagli e alle abrasioni. Questo strato ottenuto con una trama denta superleggera e altamente flessibile non influenza le prestazioni della copertura.

TR-Tubeless Ready
I copertoni tubeless assicurano ai biker molti benefici, tra cui una più bassa resistenza al rotolamento se comparati con i copertoni per camera d'aria, la possibilità di pedalare a pressioni molto basse, incrementando in questo modo il grip offerto dallo pneumatico, e infine la capacità di ridurre il numero di forature data l'assenza della camera d'aria. Le coperture Maxxis Tubeless Ready (TR) forniscono al ciclista tutti i benefici di un copertone tubeless certificato UST senza l'aggravio di peso dovuto a quest'ultimo. Il cerchietto flessibile e squadrato dei copertoni TR è stato progettato per poter lavorare in perfetta sintonia con qualunque cerchio tubeless in commercio. Per assicurare la completa trattenuta dell'aria e per prevenire forature Maxxis consiglia l'utilizzo di un liquido sigillante.
In caso di necessità i copertoni Maxxis TR possono anche essere utilizzati con camera d'aria.
