As the name suggests, our cable marker cable ties are attached with cable ties for cable identification. The cable labels are made of thermoplastic polyether polyurethane. This plastic combination is ideal for printing with a thermal transfer printer. The material is also halogen-free and can therefore be used very well in the railroad industry, electrical engineering and in the photovoltaic sector.

Size and colors of cable markers cable ties

The HTX-PUR cable marker cable ties for permanent marking of cables is available from Texit as standard in yellow and white. The standard range includes sizes 60-75mm in width and 10 - 25mm in height. With this size range we cover the most commonly used cable diameters and bundle diameters in the industry. The marking field corresponds to the indicated sizes. So you can print the whole areas with these markers.

An additional advantage of the cable marker cable ties is that in addition to the labeling field, the paper carrier can also be printed (with the same printer that is used for the labeling field). This is very helpful for the assembly, because there is enough space on the paper carrier for assembly instructions.

Cable marking with cable tie

The cable markers cable ties are attached to the corresponding cables and wires using conventional cable ties. When using cable ties for mounting, the marking field of the markers is not necessarily dependent on the cable diameter. In addition, the cable markers can be fixed reliably and robustly with cable ties. Another advantage of fastening with cable ties is that the cable markers can still be used after cable assembly. 

To attach it, detach the printed cable marker from the paper carrier. Then place it on the spot where the cable or bundle is to be marked. Then thread one cable tie each through the openings of the labeling field on the left and right. Shorten the cable ties according to the diameter of the bundle or the diameter of the cable.
