Der ASUS RT-BE58U ist ein moderner Dual Band Router mit WiFi 7, der für leistungsstarke Heimnetzwerke und Smart-Home-Umgebungen entwickelt wurde. Mit dem 802.11be Standard erreicht er eine kombinierte WLAN-Geschwindigkeit von bis zu 3600 Mbit/s und bietet stabile Verbindungen für zahlreiche gleichzeitig aktive Geräte.

Dank 4096-QAM und Multi-Link-Betrieb nutzt der RT-BE58U mehrere Frequenzbänder intelligent, um Daten effizient zu übertragen und Latenzen zu reduzieren. Dies sorgt für zuverlässiges Streaming, reaktionsschnelles Online-Gaming und eine gleichmäßige Performance auch bei hoher Netzwerkauslastung.

Angetrieben von einer leistungsstarken Broadcom Quad-Core CPU mit 2,0 GHz und 1 GB Arbeitsspeicher bewältigt der Router anspruchsvolle Netzwerkaufgaben, Sicherheitsfunktionen und parallele Verbindungen mühelos. Vier externe Antennen unterstützen eine stabile Abdeckung und helfen, WLAN-Funklöcher zu reduzieren.

Für kabelgebundene Highspeed-Verbindungen verfügt der RT-BE58U über einen 2,5G WAN/LAN Port sowie vier zusätzliche Gigabit-LAN-Ports. Die automatische WAN-Erkennung erleichtert die Einrichtung und erlaubt flexible Netzwerkkonfigurationen. Über USB-Tethering lässt sich bei Bedarf auch mobiles Internet nutzen.

Mit AiMesh kann der Router jederzeit zu einem Mesh-Netzwerk erweitert werden. Zusätzlich lassen sich über separate SSIDs eigene Netzwerke für IoT-Geräte, Kinder oder VPN-Verbindungen einrichten. Die Verwaltung erfolgt komfortabel über die ASUS Router App oder die Web-Oberfläche.

Maybe once you get your eczema under control with some other product, you can use this for maintenance, but it's an absolute misery if you have a bad outbreak of eczema. I have no idea why this thing has alcohol in it but it burns like a star when you put it on severely irritated skin. Note: I originally gave this 3 stars, but Eczema Honey reached out to me to offer a refund. I didn't take it, but I appreciated that they *would* do that. Plus, my acute outbreak has subsided and it's perfectly fine to use now, so just be warned it hurts to apply if you have an active eczema flareup!
