Die Uhr wurde von einem zertifizierten Uhrmacher vollständig gewartet, fachgerecht zerlegt und gründlich gereinigt. Das Gehäuse sowie alle äußeren Komponenten wurden sorgfältig aufbereitet, poliert und gewaschen.
Das mechanische Uhrwerk wurde entmagnetisiert, präzise justiert und umfassend überprüft, um eine optimale Funktion sowie eine zuverlässige Ganggenauigkeit sicherzustellen.

Die Uhr wurde in höchster Qualität neu vergoldet – mit einer 10 Mikron starken 18-Karat-Goldschicht, die für eine besonders langlebige, hochwertige und edle Oberfläche sorgt.
Das Zifferblatt kann altersbedingt feine Haarrisse aufweisen, die unter normalen Lichtverhältnissen kaum bzw. nicht sichtbar sind und die Gesamtoptik nicht beeinträchtigen.

Wasserdichtigkeit getestet wurde, dann gilt diese Eigenschaft zum Zeitpunkt der Messung. Wasserdichtigkeit ist nach DIN 8310 keine bleibende Eigenschaft. Sie sollte jährlich und vor besonderen Belastungen überprüft werden, da die eingebauten Dichtelemente in ihrer Funktion und im täglichen Gebrauch nachlassen. Einflüsse wie starke Temperaturschwankungen, Chlor, Seife oder Salzwasser wirken sich negativ auf die Wasserdichtigkeit aus.

We got a lab mix (we think with a Great Dane) on Labor Day weekend 2025. She has destroyed 100% of the toys we got her that weekend, with the exception of this duck. I understand others have reported really mixed reviews, but I'm so glad we got this duck and it's one of the only toys we've bought that I feel like was worth the price because it didn't get destroyed immediately. We plan on buying another one for Christmas.

QUALITY: 5 out of 5 PROS: For us, it's the crinkle sound. I'm not sure why but they love that sound. Easy wash and go is great too! CONS: I wish it was bigger than one foot but that is because I have a big dog. Overall, Fantastic toy that is always with a dog. I will need to purchase more to have hidden away should it ever get lost.
