Das Weingut wurde 2002 von Marco de Grazia gegründet, der sich in das einzigartige Terroir des Ätna und sein Potenzial für die Erzeugung außergewöhnlicher Weine verliebte. Heute ist das Weingut vor allem für die Herstellung hochwertiger Weine aus Weinbergen bekannt, die sich in Höhenlagen zwischen 600 und 1.000 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel befinden. Wo immer es möglich ist, konzentriert sich das Weingut auf den Einsatz biologischer und biodynamischer Anbaumethoden, um Weine zu erzeugen, die das Terroir der Region zum Ausdruck bringen. Diese rissige Cuvée ist ein großartiges Beispiel dafür, wozu das Weingut fähig ist. Sie zeigt die Schönheit ihrer 100% Nerello Mascalese Trauben, die von über 100 Jahre alten Rebstöcken aus der Zeit vor der Reblaus gewonnen werden. Die Trauben für diesen Wein werden auf vulkanischen Böden in einer Höhe von 600 bis 1.000 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel angebaut, was zu dem einzigartigen Geschmacksprofil des Weins beiträgt. Nach der Vinifizierung wird der junge Wein 16 Monate lang in Eichenfässern gelagert, was ihm zusätzliche Komplexität und Tiefe verleiht. Der Don Peppino 2019 ist ein sehr gefragter Wein und gilt als eines der besten Beispiele für Ätna Rosso-Weine. Beautifully done!

This sweet book is such a beautiful update of a classic song! The new verses celebrate all children exactly as God made them, with joyful photos that show real kids from different backgrounds and abilities.
