1995 wäre Barnett Newman, einer der bedeutendsten Künstler des Abstrakten Expressionismus und des 20. Jahrhunderts überhaupt, 90 Jahre alt geworden. Zur Würdigung des Jubiläums erschien dieser Band, mit dem jetzt ein vollständiges, durchgehend illustriertes Verzeichnis der 1961 bis 1969 entstandenen Druckgrafik Barnett Newmans vorliegt. Seine Lithografien, Radierungen, Aquatinten und die bisher unveröffentlichte Serigrafie führen in das Vokabular seiner Kunst ein: reine Farbe, strenge Kompositionen und das Gestische in Variationen. Von den expressiven Schwarzweißlithografien des Jahres 1961 bis zu den in ihrem Aufbau streng symmetrischen Radierungen des Jahres 1969 zeigt sich Newmans künstlerische Sprache, die in seinen Grafiken intimer zugänglich ist als in seinen Gemälden. Gabriele Schor untersucht in einem ausführlichen Essay die eigenständige Rolle der Grafik sowie ihren Dialog mit den Gemälden, Zeichnungen und Skulpturen. Soft Lining and Elegant Design

This jewelry box offers great value and has a surprisingly high-quality appearance upon arrival. I think it would be an ideal size for someone with a small to medium-sized jewelry collection, providing ample space without being too bulky. The compartment layout seems very well-thought-out and functional for organizing a standard assortment of jewelry, including dedicated slots for rings, grids for earrings, and longer slots for necklaces, which should prevent tangling. The velvet or felt lining inside feels very soft, providing good protection for delicate jewelry pieces. Overall, I am impressed with this jewelry box and would definitely recommend it to others.

Very impressive jewelry box

The Global Ka three drawer jewelry box is very impressive. When I first opened the box my immediate reaction was “Oh, wow!” It’s really pretty. There is a glass lid and separate areas for rings, earrings, bracelets and necklaces. I really like it and think it would make a great gift. Unfortunately, the jewelry box I received did have some quality control issues (several noticeable flaws on the front, as visible in the photos); otherwise, this would definitely be rated 5 stars. Though disappointing, the flaws do not affect the function of the jewelry box. I will still enjoy using it and consider it a good value for the money.
