Die Quitte ist am leckersten, wenn sie in einer Konfitüre, Marmelade, einem Gelee oder einem Fruchtsaft verarbeitet wird. Pflanzen Sie den selbstbestäubenden Baum lose in den Garten. Oder in einen großen Topf auf die (Dach-)Terrasse oder den Balkon. Der Obstbaum blüht im Frühjahr. Dann erscheinen schöne rosa-weiße Blüten. Im zweiten Jahr nach dem Pflanzen können Sie ab dem Herbst mit der Ernte beginnen.
Stutzen Sie den Baum zwischen November und März. Die Quitte wächst in losem fruchtbarem Boden. Für ein gutes Wachstum ist ausreichend Licht erforderlich. Pflanzen Sie den Obstbaum daher in die (halb-)volle Sonne. Den Boden immer feucht halten. In trockenen Zeiträumen mehr gießen.
Die Pflanze stammt aus biologischem Anbau! Dies bedeutet, dass unsere Erzeuger keine chemischen Pestizide für die Pflanze verwenden. Für einen gesunden Garten!

I still have to halve the dose as the full dose makes me groggy the next day. Where the Natrol gave me very vivid, but not unpleasant dreams, these don't make me dream as vividly. It does take a bit longer to get me to sleep, but once asleep, your asleep. Highly recommend, once I finish this bottle, I'd get the 2mg tr next time, as a lower dose works better for me.
